St. Patrick's Day

You would think with the last name of Mullaly that Gene and I would go all out for St. Patrick's Day.....but it almost went  by without any fanfare at all.....Actually, I even forgot to wear GREEN until Gene threatened to pinch me!

....but it was a BIG deal in Portland.....Here is Nick disguised as a leprechaun on March 15th.  He went on a hike with friends and ended up with moss on his head....he definitely has the Irish genes!
....and here is my niece Margaret and her husband Michael in the Northwest Portland St Paddy's Day parade....They were the Grand Marshalls this year!  (This is a neighborhood parade....every year I say I will not miss it....but I never have made it to Portland for it!)

John took Nick and Sophie to a great celebration for families put on by an Irish Pub on the 16th....I hear that it was a HUGE success.....

Anyway.....I hope you all had a wonderful March 17th....and I think I better book my tickets to Portland for next year's celebrations!
